3. Programs and Credentials

Strixova provides educational services including Courses, Internships, and Workshops. Regarding the credentials provided upon completion:

Completion Requirements: Credentials (such as Experience Letters, Letters of Recommendation, and Certificates) are awarded strictly based on the successful completion of the required curriculum, assignments, and capstone projects.
Verifiable IDs: All digital credentials provided by Strixova include a unique cryptographic Hash ID. This ID remains active indefinitely and can be used by third-party recruiters to verify the authenticity of your documents on our portal.
No Guarantee of Employment: While our programs are designed to enhance your skills and resume, enrollment or completion does not guarantee employment, job placements, or specific career outcomes.

4. Payments and Pricing

All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.

We use Razorpay as our secure payment gateway provider. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to your selected payment method. We do not store your raw credit/debit card numbers on our servers.

5. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our educational content. Our specific refund terms (including eligibility windows and conditions for partial or full refunds) are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Please review it carefully before making a purchase.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided on the Strixova platform—including video lectures, text, graphics, logos, code snippets, project datasets, and software—is the property of Strixova or its content creators and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

When you enroll in a program, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. You may not download, record, distribute, reproduce, or resell any of our content.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Cheating, plagiarism, or submitting someone else's work as your own in capstone projects.
Attempting to hack, exploit, or bypass our verification systems.
Sharing your account access with unauthorized individuals.
Posting abusive, harassing, or defamatory content in community forums or live Q&A sessions.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strixova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or career opportunities, arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use our platform or programs.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific program in question.
